We will ship items within 2 business days of ordering (M-F). We use priority shipping through USPS, and your item will be able to be tracked online. Once we have shipped the item, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track the status and approximate location of your package.
See return/refund policy for any products you receive which are damaged or defective (i.e.: missing cards, broken card case, etc.).
If for some reason you are unable to track your package with the tracking number provided, or have not received your order after 10 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help in resolving this issue.
We only process returns for damaged or defective items, and these must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO BOX 27134 Raleigh NC 27601.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If we ship you a replacement set, this will be free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping an item back to us for return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
